I love this cartoon ! It inspired me in shaping Bob Wazowski. You don't know who it is ? I'm sure you do ! When you will see it, you will obviously say "Ah yes !".
My first modeling of a figurine was the pink kokeshi, but at the time I had to follow a tutorial to achieve it. For Bob, I modeled it myself like a pro, if so !
The Raving Rabbids of the modeling contest is actually my third creation of this type.
How did I do it ?
First, I created the body (egg's shaped). Then I dug out the front to include the eye and teeth with my modeling tools. I was out of white Fimo at this moment, so I used transparent Fimo. In the end, I think it's even better. It's true, nails, teeth and eyes are not really white in reality. ^^
For the eye, I made an oval ball, added the iris and pupil and then the eyelids.
Teeth : I created a kind of sawtooth frieze which I then placed inside the mouth.
Nails and horns are just a sort of slightly curved 3D triangles.
For the members, I used an aluminium wire to reinforce them and give them the required shape.
Cooking time : 110°C (230°F) for 20 minutes.
During my modeling sessions, I also tried the frosting. You will tell me, what Fimo has to do with baking ? Actually, everything since I trained myself by modeling some "mille-feuille" !
Pour le tuto, j'ai suivi celui de Myshoppers :
For the tutorial, I followed one by Myshoppers :
It's really easy and the result is very realistic ! The proof :
With the remaining frosting, I made a small heart-shaped pendant :
